At Body Destinations, we strive to provide a tranquil and peaceful environment for our customers. Here are some guidelines to make your time with us even more serene and restorative.
When you arrive, please turn off all electronic devices (e.g., cell phone). We want you to disconnect from stressors, and have some time to unplug.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete required paperwork, it will also give you a chance to get situated, and start to relax.
We understand that schedules change, however, we do require a 24-hour notice of cancellation or appointment rescheduling for all services. Changes within the 24-hour period will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service.
Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept MasterCard, Visa, cash, and personal checks (a $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks).
Purchase gift certificates from the health center. Lost, misplaced, or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced. Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be used for cash or gratuities.
