The implementation of the on-site massage program involves appointing a designated company coordinator who is responsible for:

• Creating a sign up list of all the employees interested in the stress reduction program. The list would provide for 15-munute sessions with enough time between for transitions.
• Notifying the massage therapist 24 hours in advance of appointment dates to confirm scheduled date.
• Ensuring the employees are committed to meeting with the practitioner during the appointed time slots.

The massage therapist is responsible for:

• Arriving at the company site as scheduled.
• Setting up the massage chair in the designated area that facilities relaxation and comfort for the employees.
• Cleaning the designated area before leaving the facility.

pricing

Several payment options are available:

• Option 1: The program is company sponsored at the rate of $$ an hour.
• Option 2: Employees pay for their own appointments at the rate of $$ per 15-minute session.
• Option 3: The program is partially sponsored by the company at a negotiated rate.
